2009 Prize to be determined. Working on several ideas. We mail out the Birthday Postcards every 6-8 weeks. If we have missed your Birthday, please let us know but we do send out 3 months at a time and we give Birthday Club Members 2 months to use your card. Thanks!
Rules Family Club Rules 1.) Must be 18 of age or older to participate in our family club. 2.) By Filling out a family club membership form you give Shelly’s Family Restaurant the right to email or use direct mail coupons in direct marketing to the member. At no time will Shelly’s Family Restaurant Inc share any member’s information with an outside marketing company. The information provided is just for the use of Shelly’s Family Restaurant to reward our customers that patronize the restaurant. 3.) Close to the member’s birthday, they will receive a $5.00 off voucher towards their meal. 4.) Employees and direct family members that reside with an employee of Shelly’s Family Restaurant are not eligible to participate in Family Club membership. 5.) To stay active in the program, each member will be required to have used 1 of their discount or specials coupons so we can keep track of our active customer list. As long as 1 of those discounts or specials coupons is used the member will receive their $5.00 off birthday voucher. 6.)
From April until August we
will pick a Family Club member to win 4 tickets to the 7.) Shelly’s Family Restaurant reserves the right to change or alter the terms of our Family Club at anytime. 8.) Only 1 discount or $5.00 off voucher can be used per table. 9.) When the birthday voucher is turned in, the Family club member will fill out the back of the voucher and present a photo ID matching the voucher. Only 1 birthday voucher can be redeemed per member per year. 10.) At no time can a $5.00 birthday voucher be used by a non Family Club member. 11.) Discount coupons can be used by non family club members. 2009 Each Family Club member will receive a new green family clubcard, when you use card and spend $5.00 or more we will stamp your card. After the card is stamped 10 times turned your card in for a new one and you will be entered to win a big prize for Christmas. Also you will receive a $3.00 Off coupon of 1 -$3.00 item. The winner is responsible for all taxes
